    I called See 2 it Clean after I had my the outside of my house stained. The painter did a beautiful job on the house but left behind some stain splatters on my windows. See 2 it came out quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. When I called to schedule the cleaning, Chris asked me if I had called the painter first. He said that usually they will come clean up after themselves or help with the cost. I called the painter and they are coming to clean up the windows. I called Chris back to thank him. He had such great integrity! Not only did he do right, but he also allowed the painter to do the right thing. I will definitely call for future needs! See more See less

    Chris’s See2itclean team came out to do our entrance retaining wall. Not only did they do a great job, they did the fence and the entrance sign just because. You can see from the first pic, which is before the Soft Wash process what a difference it made. They also put up Christmas lights alone the fence as well. They were professional, very responsive and did a great job. I’m a trustee for our community and have received all kinds of positive feedback.     Had these guys clean my MIL’s windows as we were getting it ready to sell. To be honest, they’re a little pricier than a lot of places in town that we’ve used in the past, but communication with them was super easy, they were prompt and responsive and they did a great job on her windows.     My first time as a single homeowner. This company was the only one that answered the phone. They made me feel so comfortable. They communicated with me quickly with next day service. Fast, friendly and affordable. Left no debri and showed me pictures of b4 and after the job. Answered all my questions before and after the job. And was able to pay the invoice online. I will definitely be calling them for other services they offer such as pressure washing. The young gentleman that did the work was friendly and yet professional.     I have 4 store fronts. Sky Zone Fenton, Amp Up Action Park, Sky Zone Fairview Heights, and Slick City in Chesterfield were we use Hamilton and his crew to clean our windows. We have him come every 6 weeks to clean our windows. I have used other larger companies before but never again. See2it Clean does a much better job for a fair price and a high attention to detail / service. They always review their work with my team to make sure we are completely satisfied. Bonus!!     We were referred to See2itclean by another company, and they were excellent. Chris responded very quickly to my call, and was able to give me a quote promptly and schedule his visit within a short timescale. We needed them to remove a lot of concrete dust which had resulted from the perimeter of the unfinished basement being jackhammered as part of the waterproofing process. Chris and Julia came and were extremely helpful and proficient. They used their industrial 4 stage HEPA filtration vacuums to capture the dust on the walls and floor and wiped down all surfaces. They also did extra work for us using a sweeping compound and their vacuums to try and pick up as much of the concrete dust as possible. Their customer service and work ethic were absolutely top notch. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should we need any of the other services that they provide such as window and gutter cleaning and power washing. Highly recommend! See more See less

    My previous gutter cleaning service shut down and I was desperate to find a new company after it occurred to me that it had been a year since I had them cleaned. I saw See2it mentioned on a neighborhood group and decided to fill out their online form. Someone wrote back immediately and they were able to come out to my house that day. The cleaner introduced himself and quickly got to work texting me before and after photos.     I hired See2it Clean for an exterior wash, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were friendly. They started outside with the gutters and exterior. The exterior wash was effective at brightening up some spots on the siding that had begun to discolor. They then proceeded to clean the outside of the windows. After finishing they moved inside to clean the inside of the windows and the tracks. I appreciated that they took precautions not to track in mud from outside. Chris reached out to me shortly afterwards to see how everything had gone. I mentioned to him there were a few things that I felt the guys could have been a bit more thorough with on the window tracks and that it seemed they had missed one of the gutters. Chris offered to send the guys back out to take care of these issues. The guys arrived and double checked all of the gutters and tracks and let me go through and double check the windows to make sure I was satisfied, which I was.     My home has a LOT of glass so I dread the expense and “invasion” when I get my windows cleaned. The estimate was very reasonable and when only one tech arrived (normally it takes 4 techs about 4-5 hrs), I thought he may have been in over his head. He was extremely professional, communicated expectations clearly, and I barely noticed his presence all day. My windows, screens, and tracks are all sparkling and everything put back in place.     We live in Webster Groves and one of the things we deal with is the 100+ year old trees that inevitably clog the gutters. For years, I’ve cleared the gutters myself but I am just too old now to be up on a ladder and on the 2nd story portion of our roof. I have been putting it off since the people I have reached out to previously were not very good with response time. Then, I saw a post on our local Facebook community page for See2it Clean and texted them immediately, hoping we could get our gutter cleaning completed before the big storm came. The west side of our house, in particular, was very bad and the gutters were overflowing anytime it rained. We were really concerned that once the Jan 2025 storm hit, we would be dealing with ice dams and other weather related problems that could cause damage to the structural integrity of our roof and soffits. See2it Clean responded to my inquiry within one hour of reaching out and they had a quote to me shortly after that. The quote was very professional with fair Terms and Conditions attached. This was not some random person trying to earn a few bucks during the holidays (stay away from the randos due to insurance liability). See2it Clean had us scheduled by the next day of signing the contract and was out a couple of days later just before the storm hit! The price was fair, but most important thing to me was the communications, promptness, professionalism, and most importantly a job well done. I will definitely use their gutter cleaning service again and am considering an annual plan to not only take care of the gutters, but also wash the dozens of windows we have. This is how service should be done! Make it easy for the customer with a prompt response and professional quote delivered via text/email, show up on time, and send a crew that gives the customer the confidence the service will go smoothly.     I highly recommend See 2 It Clean. Fifteen years ago, I built a custom home. The past few years, the shingles on the west side of my roof started showing grimy, dirty, vertical streaks from algae that grew due to a lack of sunlight. These streaks were totally destroying the beauty of my house. I spoke with my roofing contractor to see what could be done. He knew of nothing, and said power-washing was out of the question, as that will destroy the integrity of the shingles. My roof became so ugly, I even considered having new shingles put on, but did not want to incur that high cost on shingles that still have ten years of life left in them. Then I was introduced to Chris Croy, owner of See 2 It Clean. I told him of my predicament. He told me he could clean my roof with a diluted bleach solution that would be applied without power washing. I was skeptical at first, but after checking his references, I decided to give his company a try. His technician showed up on time, was polite, and applied the diluted bleach solution to my roof with a water sprayer (NOT power-sprayer), much like spraying water on your roof with a garden hose. After it dried, WOW, WOW, WOW!!! My roof looks like brand new! And, there are no adverse after-effects from the diluted bleach solution.     I hired SeetoItClean for window cleaning in my atrium ranch. They were cleaned in the morning and looked so much better however once the sun come around to hit that side of house it was noticeable there were streaks, etc. I called immediately and spoke with Chris and he said no worries we will send someone back out immediately because we want our customers satisfied.     I hired See2it Clean based on a referral plus their online reviews. We used them for window cleaning, house washing and pressure washing on our home in Huntleigh, Mo. I wanted a company that could handle what I thought were some unique challenges. They did an excellent job washing the limestone and brick that was extremely stained with mold and algae. They educated me on the level of protection they provide for our plants and shrubbery around our house and we couldn't be more pleased with how beautiful our home looks from top to bottom!     We desperately needing gutter cleaning after the tornado/hail storm on Memorial Weekend Sunday caused flooding in our basement. I had neglected the cleanings for too long. I called around Monday morning and this was the most responsive business, even answering the phone on a holiday. They promptly inspected my property and gave me an estimate. They were able to squeeze me in within a week and performed the service today. The guys were super professional, friendly and efficient. They thoroughly checked and cleaned all our gutters and took pictures so we could see how bad they’d gotten. I felt like they really cared. They cleaned up all the mess and left our yard spotless.     We live in Webster Groves and one of the things we deal with is the 100+ year old trees that inevitably clog the gutters. For years, I’ve cleared the gutters myself but I am just too old now to be up on a ladder and on the 2nd story portion of our roof. I have been putting it off since the people I have reached out to previously were not very good with response time. Then, I saw a post on our local Facebook community page for See2it Clean and texted them immediately, hoping we could get our gutter cleaning completed before the big storm came. The west side of our house, in particular, was very bad and the gutters were overflowing anytime it rained. We were really concerned that once the Jan 2025 storm hit, we would be dealing with ice dams and other weather related problems that could cause damage to the structural integrity of our roof and soffits. See2it Clean responded to my inquiry within one hour of reaching out and they had a quote to me shortly after that. The quote was very professional with fair Terms and Conditions attached. This was not some random person trying to earn a few bucks during the holidays (stay away from the randos due to insurance liability). See2it Clean had us scheduled by the next day of signing the contract and was out a couple of days later just before the storm hit! The price was fair, but most important thing to me was the communications, promptness, professionalism, and most importantly a job well done. I will definitely use their gutter cleaning service again and am considering an annual plan to not only take care of the gutters, but also wash the dozens of windows we have. This is how service should be done! Make it easy for the customer with a prompt response and professional quote delivered via text/email, show up on time, and send a crew that gives the customer the confidence the service will go smoothly.     I was asked by a neighbor to find a reputable person/company that would clean and fix gutters. The request also mandated that the cost be competitive. Well, “See 2IT Clean” was a perfect match. The service by the staff, Alex, was exemplary. he was conscientious, professional, and courteous. He not only cleaned the gutters; he removed the old damaged covers and replaced them with new metal covers. ALL the “gunk” that was in the gutters was scooped out and placed in a bucket for disposal. He then hosed out the down spouts. Any of the gunk that had fallen on the ground, sidewalk, and driveways was removed. On a one-to-five-star rating, I GIVE THEM A SIX! See more See less

    See2it Clean did window cleaning & gutter protection. The windows are really clear & clean, a lot better than any Windex job I could do. To access windows on the rear of the house requires going down a very steep hill, they did not hesitate sliding down there with their power equipment. The gutter protection is on a very high part of the roof & I'm scared to go on that part, so we'll see how it works over time. See more See less
