I called See 2 it Clean after I had my the outside of my house stained. The painter did a beautiful job on the house but left behind some stain splatters on my windows. See 2 it came out quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. When I called to schedule the cleaning, Chris asked me if I had called the painter first. He said that usually they will come clean up after themselves or help with the cost. I called the painter and they are coming to clean up the windows. I called Chris back to thank him. We were referred to See2itclean by another company, and they were excellent. Chris responded very quickly to my call, and was able to give me a quote promptly and schedule his visit within a short timescale. We needed them to remove a lot of concrete dust which had resulted from the perimeter of the unfinished basement being jackhammered as part of the waterproofing process. Chris and Julia came and were extremely helpful and proficient. They used their industrial 4 stage HEPA filtration vacuums to capture the dust on the walls and floor and wiped down all surfaces. They also did extra work for us using a sweeping compound and their vacuums to try and pick up as much of the concrete dust as possible. Their customer service and work ethic were absolutely top notch. All communication from acceptance of the bid to scheduling the day of service was done via text — responses were quick and professional. We had two techs come to our home. The first arrived to clean the inside of our windows; the second tech came a little while later to clean the window exteriors and clean our gutters. I hired See2it Clean for an exterior wash, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were friendly. They started outside with the gutters and exterior. The exterior wash was effective at brightening up some spots on the siding that had begun to discolor. They then proceeded to clean the outside of the windows. After finishing they moved inside to clean the inside of the windows and the tracks. I appreciated that they took precautions not to track in mud from outside. Chris reached out to me shortly afterwards to see how everything had gone. I mentioned to him there were a few things that I felt the guys could have been a bit more thorough with on the window tracks and that it seemed they had missed one of the gutters. Chris offered to send the guys back out to take care of these issues. The guys arrived and double checked all of the gutters and tracks and let me go through and double check the windows to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I highly recommend See 2 It Clean. Fifteen years ago, I built a custom home. The past few years, the shingles on the west side of my roof started showing grimy, dirty, vertical streaks from algae that grew due to a lack of sunlight. These streaks were totally destroying the beauty of my house. I spoke with my roofing contractor to see what could be done. He knew of nothing, and said power-washing was out of the question, as that will destroy the integrity of the shingles. My roof became so ugly, I even considered having new shingles put on, but did not want to incur that high cost on shingles that still have ten years of life left in them. Then I was introduced to Chris Croy, owner of See 2 It Clean. I told him of my predicament. He told me he could clean my roof with a diluted bleach solution that would be applied without power washing. I was skeptical at first, but after checking his references, I decided to give his company a try. His technician showed up on time, was polite, and applied the diluted bleach solution to my roof with a water sprayer (NOT power-sprayer), much like spraying water on your roof with a garden hose. After it dried, WOW, WOW, WOW!!! My roof looks like brand new! And, there are no adverse after-effects from the diluted bleach solution. We desperately needing gutter cleaning after the tornado/hail storm on Memorial Weekend Sunday caused flooding in our basement. I had neglected the cleanings for too long. I called around Monday morning and this was the most responsive business, even answering the phone on a holiday. They promptly inspected my property and gave me an estimate. They were able to squeeze me in within a week and performed the service today. The guys were super professional, friendly and efficient. We live in Webster Groves and one of the things we deal with is the 100+ year old trees that inevitably clog the gutters. For years, I’ve cleared the gutters myself but I am just too old now to be up on a ladder and on the 2nd story portion of our roof. I have been putting it off since the people I have reached out to previously were not very good with response time. Then, I saw a post on our local Facebook community page for See2it Clean and texted them immediately, hoping we could get our gutter cleaning completed before the big storm came. The west side of our house, in particular, was very bad and the gutters were overflowing anytime it rained. We were really concerned that once the Jan 2025 storm hit, we would be dealing with ice dams and other weather related problems that could cause damage to the structural integrity of our roof and soffits. To access windows on the rear of the house requires going down a very steep hill, they did not hesitate sliding down there with their power equipment. I hired See2it to try to deoxidize the shutters on my home. They spent about 2 hours trying various proven solutions, and although the oxidation was removed, we both agreed that the actual shutters themselves had faded too much and would not have that "good as new" look I was hoping for. I was asked by a neighbor to find a reputable person/company that would clean and fix gutters. The request also mandated that the cost be competitive. Well, “See 2IT Clean” was a perfect match. The service by the staff, Alex, was exemplary. he was conscientious, professional, and courteous. He not only cleaned the gutters; he removed the old damaged covers and replaced them with new metal covers. ALL the “gunk” that was in the gutters was scooped out and placed in a bucket for disposal. My previous gutter cleaning service shut down and I was desperate to find a new company after it occurred to me that it had been a year since I had them cleaned. I saw See2it mentioned on a neighborhood group and decided to fill out their online form. Someone wrote back immediately and they were able to come out to my house that day.
