All communication from acceptance of the bid to scheduling the day of service was done via text — responses were quick and professional. We had two techs come to our home. I hired See2it Clean for an exterior wash, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were friendly. They started outside with the gutters and exterior. The exterior wash was effective at brightening up some spots on the siding that had begun to discolor. They then proceeded to clean the outside of the windows. After finishing they moved inside to clean the inside of the windows and the tracks. I appreciated that they took precautions not to track in mud from outside. Chris reached out to me shortly afterwards to see how everything had gone. I mentioned to him there were a few things that I felt the guys could have been a bit more thorough with on the window tracks and that it seemed they had missed one of the gutters. Chris offered to send the guys back out to take care of these issues. The guys arrived and double checked all of the gutters and tracks and let me go through and double check the windows to make sure I was satisfied, which I was.
